This is going to be a very short post. Suffice to say that I/we have invested in Trello so that we can keep ourselves organised. It’s going to matter a lot over the coming months.
And what do you know? Trello just released a new suite of tools for enterprises big and small (we’re in the latter camp)! there’s this video that breaks it all down pretty well, but the short of it is that Trello goes from being an agile development cycle tool to being really useful for us.
I’m visual and like to be able to see what’s coming up, what I’m working on, how tasks are going to get connected, to assign tasks, to set reminders and auto-repeating tasks… all of this is now possible.
Am I on top of it? Have I spent the time to organise everything and make it as effective as possible. No, not in the least. But at least the mess in my head now mostly resides in one place.
