It’s time to get baking.
For the past month, we’ve been searching, unsuccessfully, for the perfect (or even good-enough) location and it’s starting to wear on us. It’s time for us to get going and do the thing that we love to do – make some glorious bagels. The only problem is that without our beautiful wood-fired bagel oven, they’re not going to be fully grown. So, over the course of the next two to three weeks, we’re going to be launching our Budding Bagel. For those of you paying attention that’s the Bonsai Bagels Budding Bagel – it’s an alliterative and literal feast that is a couple of steps removed from its final form.
I guess that means that it’s time to ramp up the social media posts, to finally get this website looking snappy, and to finalise my materials sourcing.
While these bagels are going to cost us a fair bit more in terms of time and materials (the joys of dropping back the scale), we’ll be selling them at the same prices. Righto and lets go!
