When it rains it pours. Sometimes change is a gradual stepwise thing, and other times it all hits at once.
In our delicious journey towards business viability (Bonsai Bagels as a business, rather than an all-consuming life-swallowing occupation), this will be our last full weekend in the 41st Avenue location. It’s business as usual from Friday through Tuesday, but we will begin taking orders for next Friday (July 28). After which time, the business will pause for somewhere between 4 weeks and 6 months (we hope for it to be on the short end…) as we track down and install equipment in our shared downtown location.
So what can you do if you need bagels, and need them bad? Send us a line – contact us on Instagram, Facebook, through the website contact form, or give us a call. We will put aside anywhere from half a dozen to any number of dozens, bag them up ready to be frozen, and have them ready for you between 8am and 2pm on Friday the 28th.
